Who Is Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Altıntaş?
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Altıntaş, who graduated in 2002 from Istanbul Cerrahpasa Medical School completed his residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery in Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital. During and after his residency, he showed close interest in facial plastic surgery and he attended many domestic and international educational seminars, part of which he participated as a speaker and instructor.
Education
Graduated in 2002 from Istanbul Cerrahpasa Medical School.
He completed his residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery in Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital.
During and after his residency, he showed close interest in facial plastic surgery and he attended many domestic and international educational seminars, part of which he participated as a speaker and instructor.
He completed the facial plastic surgery education given under the Society of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
He performed a myriad of operations on rhinoplasty and facial plastic surgery.
Alongside rhinoplasty and facial plastic surgery, he performed many operations in the fields of maxillofacial surgery, snoring surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery and robotic surgery.
Experience
He successfully passed the proficiency exam and was granted the Proficiency (Board) Certificate by the Society of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
His articles and case reports were published on national and international journals.
He is a member of Turkish and European Society of Plastic Surgery.
He served as an instructor at Istinye University.
He served for 2 years as the Vice President of the Society of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
